REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund 80% of purchase price of those products. If you want to exchange of those products it will be free. You just have to pay only delivery charges.Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase .
- You must provide your name and address
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and undamged with original tags/labels attached.
- Pack the item back in the original packing
- Email us [email@example.com] the picture of the dress and let us know that you want to return or exchange
- We will give you the address to return the item
- Go to your local courier and send us the package
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our stated conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us .
- If you request a size change or product change , customer will be responsible for delivery charges. Customer have to send via courier themselves.
- Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE/Packs/Clearance except only if they are defective in any way .
- Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 5 to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
